Many people at the Academy bring drinks to school in the morning. There are very noticeably two companies Academy students get their morning drinks from. These are Starbucks and Dunkin’. Eighty academy students were surveyed in a poll asking which they preferred. 66.3% of people claimed they would rather go to Starbucks over Dunkin’. That leaves 33.8% of people saying they favor Dunkin’ more. Participants also had the option to include their drink of choice in the survey. It was found that people with more detailed and complex orders tended to go for Starbucks. People with simple orders went for Dunkin’. Out of the fifty-four people who responded to the optional part of the survey, 35 people got some form of coffee from their preferred store. The nineteen people who responded otherwise got some variation of tea or lemonade. Here are some examples of common drinks people order: Strawberry Acai Refresher with Lemonade, and Iced Coffee, a Cold Brew.
