Chocolate Peppermint Treats

Tis the season for delicious holiday treats. It’s finally the holiday season meaning that bakeries and stores are filling up with Christmas and holiday-themed goods.  These desserts span from a gingerbread house to white chocolate peppermint cookies. One of the wonderful things about Christmas is the combination of two well-known flavors: chocolate and peppermint. Chocolate brings the sweet milky feeling of Christmas, while peppermint brings a warm, tingling sensation to your tongue.  During the holiday season, peppermint and chocolate baked goods are everywhere and are sensational flavors of the holiday season. Well-known places like Starbucks contain peppermint-flavored items. These popular frappuccinos are the “Peppermint White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino® Blended Beverage” and the “Peppermint Mocha Frappuccino® Blended Beverage.” Many enjoy the combination of chocolate and peppermint during the entire holiday season.
