Freshmen, sophomores, juniors, and seniors, are you looking for accomplishments to add to your resume? Do you know what looks impressive to college admissions? Having your work published!
The Academy of Saint Elizabeth’s Arts and Literary Magazine, SEAL, consists entirely of student artwork and creative writing. Follow the link HERE to the SEAL Magazine 2025 Google Classroom to submit! Visual work can be anything from paintings, drawings, ceramics, photography, or digital creations. If you plan to submit artwork, make sure you refer to directions in the Google Classroom to ensure you submit work that is accessible and usable for the platform. If you plan to submit written work, anything from prose to poetry is acceptable as long as the content is appropriate. Writing should include a name and title and should be submitted in a Google Document.
The process goes fast, so submit as soon as possible if you would like to be considered and placed in the book.
Typically, the magazine is assembled by Mrs. Brady’s Digital Publishing class. However, this year, in the absence of this elective, students Emma Brading ‘25, Kayle Brody ‘25, Chengli Payton ‘25, Emma Ritchie ‘25, Francesca Coniglio ‘27, Nicola DiRienzo ‘27, and Evelynn Leung ‘27 volunteered to compile submissions. The SEAL staff is already a couple of weeks into creating the magazine, so help your peers by submitting work ASAP!
Do not be afraid to show off your creativity and art in this year’s literary magazine!
