The Academy’s annual Art Show occurred on Sunday, April 29th, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Replete with artists, admirers, and complimentary refreshments, the exhibition was a smashing success.

Guests viewed works created by Art I to Advanced Art Portfolio students of Ms. Denuto and Mrs. Rovayo. Then they sat to watch Ms. Turner’s theatre class put on a student-authored, directed, and acted play, “The Red-Handed Rabbit.” Finally, the art show ended with Ms. Christin and Ms. Dowd’s dance classes performing originally choreographed pieces. All the while personalized Pals for Pets bracelets were sold club representatives report healthy earnings that will go towards charity.

In summary, our Study Hall was transformed for the Art Show’s prestigious purpose and remained set up until Monday morning for students and faculty that wanted to appreciate the art but could not make Sunday’s official event.
